The World Council of the Muslim World (WCTIW) commends the final document issued by the high-level international conference on the peaceful settlement of the Palestinian issue and the implementation of the two-state solution.

The World Muslim Council (Masa’i) commended the final document issued by the high-level international conference on the peaceful settlement of the Palestinian issue and the implementation of the two-state solution, sponsored and chaired by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in partnership with the French Republic, at the United Nations Headquarters in New York.

WCTIW congratulated the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the countries of the Arab and Islamic world, and countries seeking justice in the Palestinian cause, on the remarkable results achieved by this conference—by the grace of God—which were quickly evident with the recognition of the State of Palestine by several countries, such as France, the United Kingdom, and Portugal, and other countries intending to follow suit.

WCTIW emphasized that the diplomatic efforts undertaken by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have renewed hopes for the establishment of an independent Palestinian state.

WCTIW extends its sincere thanks to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Prime Minister—may God protect them—for their tireless efforts in support of the Palestinian cause, praying to God Almighty to reward them abundantly for their efforts.
