The World Council of the Muslim World (WCTIW) commended the final statement issued by the emergency Arab-Islamic summit to discuss the Israeli aggression against the State of Qatar, which was held in the Qatari capital, Doha, on Monday, Rabi’ al-Awwal 23, 1447 AH (September 15, 2025).

WCTIW affirmed its support for the contents of the statement, which affirmed the solidarity of the summit member states with the State of Qatar in the face of the aggression it has been subjected to, and their rejection of all attempts by the Israeli occupation authorities to displace the Palestinian people from their land. It also called on all states to take all possible legal and effective measures to prevent the Israeli occupation state from continuing its aggressive actions against the Palestinian people.

WCTIW commended the statement’s welcome of the UN General Assembly’s adoption of the “New York Declaration” on the implementation of the two-state solution and the establishment of an independent Palestinian state, as a clear expression of the international will to support the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people. It also welcomed the convening of the Two-State Solution Conference, co-chaired by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the French Republic, which will be held in New York on September 22, 2025.
