The World Council of the Muslim World (WCTIW) mourns the passing of His Eminence Sheikh Professor Dr. Abdullah bin Omar Naseef

The World Muslim Council (WCTIW) mourned the passing of His Eminence Sheikh Professor Dr. Abdullah bin Omar Nassif, President of the World Muslim Congress, who passed away today, Sunday, corresponding to 20/04/1447 AH (October 12, 2025).

The Council concluded its obituary by praying to God Almighty to bestow His vast mercy and forgiveness upon him, to grant him a spacious place in Paradise, and to reward him for his contributions to Islam and its people with the best reward.
