Objectives of the Council:

1. Introducing Islam, its principles and culture, and taking care of its sources of legislation, the Qur’an and Sunnah.

2. Supporting Islamic solidarity.

3. Caring for the Islamic identity.

4. Achieving integration and coordination between organizations that serve Islamic work.

5. Awareness of Muslim communities.

6. Disseminating and promoting Islamic teachings and values, and combating extremist ideas.

7. Relief for the afflicted, helping the needy, and caring for orphans and people of determination.

8. Improving and strengthening educational, cultural and social aspects in the Islamic world.

9. Supporting and caring for students of knowledge and innovators.

10. Caring for the Arabic language and supporting its learning as the language of the Holy Qur’an.

11. Contributing to supporting the wheel of human development.

12. Supporting the culture of tolerance and peace in the Islamic world and encouraging openness to other cultures.

In order to achieve its objectives, the Council seeks to use all means that do not conflict with the provisions of Islamic law and applicable local and international systems and laws, including:

1. Establishing appropriate mechanisms to introduce Islam as a religion, culture and civilization.

2. Working to enhance cooperation and exchange of expertise with similar entities.

3. Working to spread the values ​​and principles of the true Islamic religion and its teachings across the world wide web.

4. Establishing and supporting mosques, Islamic schools, educational and vocational institutes, in accordance with the laws in force in the host country.

5. Working to create an electronic platform through which educational and cultural programs are presented.

6. Printing books and magazines, preparing studies, producing and publishing audio and visual media.

7. Holding conferences, seminars, forums, courses, and holding competitions.

8. Providing scholarships to outstanding students and sponsoring them, and supporting the activities of researchers and innovators.

9. Providing initiatives that support tolerance and peace.

10. Providing humanitarian and relief assistance in cooperation with the relevant official authorities.

11. Participating in Islamic and humanitarian activities and events worldwide.

12. Monitoring and analyzing extremist ideas.
